Directions For Use

Have one cup of Healtheries Naturally Slim Tea per day in the evening until bowel regularity is achieved. For chronic constipation up to three cups per day may be required for regularity. Once regularity is achieved, then tea intake can be reduced and taken only as needed.
It is recommended for best results that customers reduce their intake of tea, coffee, cola, and chocolate drinks while on this program. These drinks tend to cause congestion in the digestive tract and work against the detoxification actions of this tea.
